I am a research scientist with an engineering background working in areas like inverse problems, uncertainty quantification, model reduction and control. The last 4 years I have been contributing in the energy sector through the oil business where I have worked mainly in areas related to process monitoring, prediction and control under uncertainties.
Currently, I am working in Schlumberger Cambridge research as a senior research scientist. I joined the research center as a researcher in 2011. Before joining Schlumberger, I was at MIT, Boston, USA as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics where I was working on the efficient solution to statistical inverse problems. I obtained an M.Eng degree (4 years master) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and my PhD in Control Systems (model reduction) from the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College, London, UK.
